Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Kitisel service provided by Artisel Tech ("Kitisel", "we") at https://kitisel.com. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
The service
Kitisel is a software service (SaaS) that analyzes your site, suggests content topics, writes blog articles with AI, publishes them on your site with your approval or according to the automatic setting you choose, and reports results.
Beta
The service is currently in beta. Features may change, temporary outages may occur and we don't commit to a specific availability level (SLA). While paid plans are not yet on sale, you use the service with the trial allowance.
Your account
- You must be over 18 and give accurate information to create an account.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorized use.
- You can invite team members to an organization; the organization owner is responsible for their actions.
Connecting your site
Only connect sites and Search Console properties that you own or are authorized to manage. Access details are stored encrypted and used only to provide the service. You can remove a connection at any time.
AI-generated content
- Articles are written with AI. Although there is a fact-checking step, AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of published content. We recommend reviewing content before publishing, especially on health, legal and financial topics.
- If you choose automatic publishing, articles are published on your site without separate approval.
- Update suggestions for existing posts change your site only when you click “Apply”, and can be undone.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to: create unlawful, deceptive or hateful content or content that infringes others' rights (copyright, trademarks, personality rights); produce spam or mass content intended to mislead search engines; test or bypass the service's security; reverse engineer or copy the service; or put excessive load on it with automated tools.
Intellectual property
Rights to the articles we generate for you and to your own content belong to you. Rights to the Kitisel software, design and brand belong to us. We may use usage statistics that contain no personal data to improve the service.
Fees
When paid plans go on sale, prices are listed on the Pricing page. Payment, subscription, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Cancellation, Refund and Delivery Policy, the Distance Sales Agreement and the Pre-Information Form.
Closing your account
You can close your account at any time. If you seriously breach these terms, we may suspend or close your account with prior notice, or immediately in urgent cases (for example a security threat or unlawful content).
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we don't guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic or revenue. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event causing the damage. These limits don't apply to intent or gross negligence, or to consumers' statutory rights.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will announce important changes by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to consumer courts above those limits. For disputes with merchants, the courts and enforcement offices of [Juridiction compétente] have jurisdiction.
