KVKK Privacy Notice

This notice is provided under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform you about how your personal data is processed within the Kitisel service (https://kitisel.com). The Turkish version is the binding one.

Personal data processed

Identity: name.
Contact: email address; billing address and phone once payments are available.
Customer transactions: your site, brand profile, topic plan, articles, plan and usage.
Transaction security: IP address, browser details, sign-in and activity logs, an irreversible hash of your password, connection access details (encrypted).
Finance: payment and invoice records once payments are available. Card details are processed and stored by PayTR, not by us.
Marketing: your email address, only with your explicit consent.

Purposes and legal grounds

Setting up and performing the membership and service contract: account, sign-in, site analysis, content creation, publishing and reporting (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
Information security and abuse prevention (KVKK Art. 5/2-f, legitimate interest).
Legal obligations: invoices, accounting and requests of authorities (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç).
Establishing, exercising or defending a right (KVKK Art. 5/2-e).
Product news and campaign messages: only with your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1).

How data is collected

Electronically and automatically, through sign-up and free analysis forms, use of the app, Sign in with Google, the sites you connect and Google Search Console.

Transfers

Personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to:

Google LLC (USA) for AI, Sign in with Google and Search Console services.
[Hébergeur] for server and database hosting.
Our email delivery provider.
İyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş., once payments are available.
Cloudflare, Inc. for bot checks, if enabled.
Competent public authorities when required by law.

Transfers to providers abroad are made in line with Article 9 of KVKK (for example standard contracts). During the beta, content sent to the free tier of the Gemini API may be used by Google to improve its products. Please don't add personal data to your brand profile or articles.

Your rights under Article 11 of KVKK

To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred,
To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
To request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of KVKK,
To request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties who received the data,
To object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

How to apply

Send your request with information that verifies your identity to info@artiseltech.com (from the email address registered in your account) or in writing to Akhisar/Manisa, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. We respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the request requires additional cost, the fee set by the Board may apply.
