Cookies are small files saved in your browser when you visit a site. Kitisel (https://kitisel.com) uses strictly necessary cookies for the service to work and, only if you agree, analytics cookies. We don't use advertising cookies.
Cookies we use
- upvine_rt: keeps you signed in (refresh token). Readable only by the server (httpOnly), sent only over secure connections. Lifetime: 30 days or until you sign out.
- upvine_csrf: protects session actions against forged requests. Lifetime: same as the session.
- upvine_oauth: security check during Sign in with Google. Lifetime: 10 minutes.
- upvine_locale: remembers your interface language. Lifetime: 1 year.
- upvine_theme: remembers your light/dark theme choice. Lifetime: 1 year.
- upvine_consent: remembers your analytics choice (accept/reject). Lifetime: 6 months; then we ask again.
Analytics cookies (with your consent)
On the marketing pages (home, pricing, blog and similar) we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA) to understand how visits happen. These cookies are not loaded unless you click "Accept" in the banner shown on your first visit. If you reject, the site works the same. Analytics is not used in the customer app or the admin panel.
- _ga: a random ID to tell visitors apart. Lifetime: 2 years.
- _ga_<id>: keeps session state. Lifetime: 2 years.
Google Analytics does not store IP addresses, and advertising and personalisation features are off. The data collected (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, visit duration) is processed on Google's servers outside your country, based on your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page; analytics cookies are then deleted.
Third-party cookies
- Cloudflare Turnstile: if the bot check is enabled on the free analysis form, Cloudflare may use cookies needed for the check.
- Sign in with Google: when you click “Continue with Google”, you are redirected to Google, where Google's own cookie policy applies.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you may not be able to sign in or use the app.
