Cancellation, Refund and Delivery Policy

This policy explains delivery, cancellation and refunds for Kitisel subscriptions provided by Artisel Tech.

Delivery

Kitisel is not a physical product but a software service delivered over the internet. There is no shipping or physical delivery. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your plan is activated in your account and you can use the service immediately at https://kitisel.com. We send the payment confirmation and invoice to your email address.

Subscription and renewal

  • Plans are offered in monthly or yearly periods. You pay by card or bank transfer; each payment opens one period.
  • There are no automatic charges. We send you a renewal reminder 3 days before the period ends; to renew, pay on the “Plan and billing” page in the app and the new period starts when the current one ends.
  • To switch to another plan during a period, write to info@artiseltech.com.

Cancellation

Because there is no automatic renewal, you don't need to cancel: if you don't make a renewal payment, your plan simply ends at the end of the paid period. You keep using the service until then; afterwards your account and data are not deleted and your limits return to the trial level.

Refunds

  • First payment: we give a full, no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your first payment. Request it by writing to info@artiseltech.com.
  • Renewal payments: no partial refunds for renewed periods.
  • Problems on our side: if a fault in our service prevented you from using your plan, write to us; we will review it and offer an appropriate refund or extension.

Card payments are refunded to the card used; the time for the amount to appear on your card depends on your bank, usually 2-10 business days. Bank transfer payments are refunded to the sending account in the same currency.

Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in an electronic environment. Nevertheless, we give you the 14-day no-questions-asked refund above on your first payment.
